Shaquille O'Neal 'remata' casa por $25 millones
El mercado debilitado de inmuebles no le es indiferente a los adinerados. Y si no pregúntenle a Shaquille O' Neal, quien está "rematando" una casa suya en la exclusiva comunidad Star Island en Miami Beach. El gigante los los Phoenix Suns y ex del Miami Heat acaba de bajarle $10 millones (en relación al precio original del listado en noviembre de 2007) a la propiedad, misma que ahora se cotiza en $25 millones... ¿Te interesa?
O'Neal, quien de paso fue afectado por el retiro a último momento de un potencial comprador, adquirió "la casita" por $18.8 millones en el 2004 cuando el sur de Florida, así como el resto del planeta, gozaba de un tremendo 'boom', según cuenta la sección 'Page Six' del diario neoyorquino The New York Post
