A-Rod: ¡inseguro, insufrible e impertinente!
El próximo lunes saldrá el libro de la columnista Selena Roberts acerca de Alex Rodríguez y lo que le viene a A-Rod no es nada fácil. Fue la periodista la que dejó colar la bomba de que el jugador de los Yankees de Nueva York usó esteroides. Obligado, A-Rod tuvo que decir la verdad, mejor dicho, "su verdad".Ahora Roberts volvió a la carga. Dice que A-Rod realmente usaba esteroides desde que estaba en el high school, y no como dice el toletero derecho que fue por dos años. Y hay más en el libro de Roberts que pone al jugador como un tipo, inseguro, un Don Juan impertinente y un malcriado.

-En varias ocasiones cortejó a esposas de otros jugadores, lo que hizo que sus colegas le tuvieran rabia.
-En sus dias con los Rangers de Texas, hacía que un asistente del clubhouse le echara la pasta de diente a su cepillo.
-Los Rangers de Texas estaban obligados a enviarle una cesta de comida a su suite en cada una de las giras.
-Estaba obsesionado con ser mejor que Derek Jeter en todo. Algunos peloteros dicen que cuando iba a los clubes nocturnos lo primero que le decía a las mujeres era: "¿Quién está más bueno, Jeter o yo?".
-Sus compañeros de los Yankees lo califican como un hipócrita y falso porque trata de proyectar la imagen de ser un tipo recto, un ejemplo para la comunidad, cuando en realidad su estilo de vida es el de alguien que le gusta visitar cabarets y tener sexo con chicas ahí. Incluso, en el libro aparece que en una ocasión, mientras estaba de visita en Texas, fue a un club de caballeros, mientras su esposa esperaba su primer hijo en Nueva York.
