De manera milagrosa, Capdevila devolvió la ventaja de los locales ya en el descuento, tras una salida falsa de Casillas, cuyos milagros ya son intermitentes, más que constantes. El Madrid dio una imagen pobre, sobre todo por la fortaleza de su principal competidor.
El entrenador del Barcelona, flamante tras la consecución de la Copa del Rey, no quiere caer en los errores de su predecesor, Rikjaard, cuya permisividad al final allanó el camino hacia una complacencia muy poco competitiva que se tradujo en dos años sin títulos, y con jugadores que apenas corrían por el campo. Este año, Guardiola ha hecho un equipo campeón que lucha por cada balón como si le fuera la vida.
Y para eso hay que mantener la disciplina: Messi, Xavi, Eto'o y otros tres meses de la plantilla deberán pagar 500 euros por cabeza por haber llegado uno o dos minutos tarde al entrenamiento. En unas imágenes distribuidas por televisión, hemos visto a Guardiola señalando el reloj a Puyol, quejándose del retraso. Hay que quitarse el sombrero ante Guardiola.
Yo no sé si la no celebración de la liga el domingo le va bien al Barcelona. Unos dicen que esto es un toque de atención y que hará que los azulgranas se centren más en la final de la Copa. A mí no me parece así. Yo creo que hay que ir resolviendo y ganando títulos ya que eso quita presión y aumenta la confianza, además de dar más tiempo para descansar.
Yo vi la final entre el Barcelona y el Arsenal en Paris en el 2006, y una de las mayores decepciones que me lleve fue que la final esta hecha para la television -y para los esponsors. Los hinchas del Arsenal y el Barcelona estaban detras de las porterias, en lados opuestos. Y en medio? En uno, todos las empresas, y al otro, prensa y UEFA. O sea, que la final, los mejores sitios del estadio, son para los organizadores y para los que pagan. Y los pobres hinchas, que hacen del futbol lo que realmente es, detras de los porterias dando un exotico color.
